When opening the App and see "Bluetooth reconnect," but still can't control the lamp, how to deal with it?
Exiting the App, check whether the Bluetooth is on or not, open cellphone Bluetooth and then reopen the App, then redo App again after 30 seconds.
How to solve the failure of adding lamps ?
Follow the App language instruction to add again. If it still can not add, then check whether the Bluetooth is open or not, if not, turn on the Bluetooth and re-open the App to add lights.
If multiple phones add lamps, one cellphone exit the App and disconnect the lamps, then the other cellphone can connect, it means there is always only one mobile device can control the lamps at the same time.
What is the request for App installation?
BLE Mesh needs the device at least support Bluetooth 4.0+LE, so the App needs as below:
Android 4.4.2 or over 4.4.2
IOS 9.0 or new system version, iPhone 4S or newer version.ewer
Why I can search for signals, but the lights don't connect?

3) The cellphone system version is not compatible with our Bluetooth module.
4) The cellphone near lamps should be less than 15 ft while adding lamps or using the correct system version of the cellphone.
Is the distance same for adding lamps and control lamps?
The range for adding lamps to the end of the group should be within 15 ft, and the range for controlling lamps distance is within 30 ft.
Why I turn on the switch, but the light is out?
Using the Btooth1 App on your mobile device to search and see if you can discover Bluetooth signals. If the l, then adding and control lamps directly, So it is normal. If the lamp is discovered, check whether the power supply system and wiring are stable or not.
What is the reason for the NEW lamp don’t flicker at the FIRST time?
It has not restored factory setting, You can make the lamps to reset to factory setting by manual operations.
Turn on the lamps for 15 seconds, then turn off for 5 seconds. Repeat 4 times. After finishing, the light will flash slowly 3 times, and it indicates the operation is successful.
The NEW lamp flicker at the FIRST time, is it usual or not?
It is normal if the flicker is slow, it means the light is on but has not connected the Bluetooth signal.
What is the difference between the fixture flicker and flash?
Flicker means the fixture sometimes bright, sometimes dim;
Flash means flash fast and abnormal.
So when turn on the light, if it flickers slowly, it is the normal;
But if it flashes after a period of time, that is abnormal, check whether the power supply system is working and the Bluetooth is connected successfully.
How to reset the RGBW-AIO to Default Setting?
Method 1: App operation.
Press the lamp icon, and the control panel pops up at the bottom of the screen. Click "delete" in the upper left corner of the control panel. After “delete” the lamp, the fixture will flicker slowly three times, indicating that the lamp is out of network and the factory setting restore is successful.
Method 2: Manual Operation.
Turn on the lamps for 15 seconds, then turn off for 5 seconds. Repeat 4 times. After finishing, the light will flicker slowly for 3 times, and it indicates the operation is successful.
